1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Maya Astua (the “Site”) that is operated by Maya Astua (the “Website” and/or “the group” also referred to as “my team”, “the team”, “Maya”, “Maya Astua”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All the services (the “Services”) offered at the Site are provided to you only on the terms and conditions described in these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). The term “you” or “user” refers to all individuals and entities accessing this Site for any reason.

By using the site or any of the services, you agree to be bound by all the following terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink as if you had signed a written agreement. By requesting a reading/service and/or scheduling an appointment with Maya Astua, you understand and agree that Maya Astua is not a medical professional, attorney, accountant, or other licensed professional, and can not give medical, legal, or tax advice. Any information or advice given by Maya Astua is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax, or financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Readings/services by Maya Astua are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Maya Astua will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any reading or appointment with Maya Astua, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.

2. Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly noted, all materials without limitation including all images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, software, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of the Site, including without limitation the Services, are protected by copyright, trademarks, trade secret and patent rights, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned by or licensed to the Company. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners or paid advertisements.

You agree not to use any robot, spider, or another automatic device, nor may you use any process to monitor materials available through the Site without our express authorization. You agree not to derive or attempt to derive any source code, source files, or structure of all or any portion of the Site contents by reverse engineering, disassembly, decompiling, or otherwise. Further, you may not use the Site in a manner that violates any state or federal law regulating email, facsimile transmissions, or telephone solicitations; nor export or re-export the Site or any portion thereof, or any software available on or through the Site, in violation of the export control laws or regulations.

The Company may from time to time change the terms and conditions and/or rules that govern, without limitation, your receipt or use of the Services and/or use of the Site. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any of the Services, any document, information or other content on the Site. Such changed terms shall be effective immediately upon posting to the web site. Any use of the program and/or the Site by you after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of the changed terms.

5. No refund policy

There shall be no refunds for any products or services after they are purchased. By purchasing any service/product Maya Astua offers, you agree to our no-refund policy. All sales are final, and no refunds are available. We keep a copy/record of every completed session/service for proof.

IMPORTANT: Once purchased, no service can be canceled, terminated, or refunded! ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE!

6. Products or Services

Maya Astua reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Maya Astua does not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Prices for Maya Astua’s services and products are subject to change without notice. Maya Astua reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. The existence of a link to a third party’s site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Company. 8. Personal Information

Maya Astua does not store any of your personal information, other than what you send to her in the session for proof that the session/service was indeed completed. You might want to take a look at our Privacy policy for more information about payments and how PayPal or WordPress use your personal information.

Maya Astua’s team DOES NOT read any personal messages or readings that have been completed!

9. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Maya Astua, team Maya Astua and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, owners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, independent contractors, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to any violation by you of this Agreement including, without limitation, any errors, inaccuracies, misrepresentations or defects in any materials or information submitted by you, or your violation of any law, or the rights of a third party.

14. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

15. Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site and/or your use of the Services, without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of the Terms of Use or engaging in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or regulation or is otherwise harmful to our interests or to the ethics of the Company, another customer of the Site, or any third party.

16. Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This Agreement and any rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the Site, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Maya Astua and you. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any information posted on the Site, this Agreement shall govern.

17. Sessions & Fees

All fees are only payable in advance in full to secure the booking. The form of payment accepted is PayPal only. Session scheduling is done via the Calendly website. You have 30 days after your purchase to use your services or they will expire.

IMPORTANT: Once purchased, no service can be canceled, terminated, or refunded!

18. Confidentiality

Everything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with anyone outside of the session with Maya Astua. Maya Astua’s team does not read any reading messages, but only books you for the session when and if Maya isn’t available, in strict confidentiality.

19. Changes to Terms of Service

Any new features or tools which are added to the site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

I declare that I am taking charge and responsibility for my personal spiritual healing in whatever form it may take, for my highest good. I am voluntarily participating in any session and I accept complete responsibility for my own psychological, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In consideration of my voluntary participation in this and future sessions, I release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Maya Astua, myaastra13@gmail.com, and all team members, persons, contractors, sister organizations, partnerships, relations, members,  from any and all claims, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation or involvement in this or future sessions. I agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be prosecuted by Maya Astua or as a result of my acts or omissions, that I, or my estate, shall indemnify and leave safe Maya Astua from any and all claims, including the costs and expense ( including attorney’s fees) of defending the same. I understand that sessions are considered confidential and shall not be disclosed except required by law. I have carefully read and fully understand this Agreement. I am aware that this Agreement constitutes a contract between myself and Maya Astua and contains a release of liability on behalf of myself and my assigns, heir, executors, guardians, and other legal representatives, and I sign this agreement of my own free will.

By booking a session, class, course, Reiki healing, energy work, ritual, coaching, or any other service or product Maya Astua offers, or viewing any free content, you confirm that you have read and accept the above Terms of Service.
